Schedule
- Full-time, temporary role (late November/early December 2025 – early April 2026)
- Remote, U.S.-based; no travel required
- $25/hour (non-exempt)
- Reporting to the Frontline Lead
What You’ll Do
- Answer, triage, and transfer client calls with professionalism and care
- Manage incoming client communications and document interactions accurately
- Create, assign, and monitor cases for the Advisory Experts team
- Provide navigation support for clients, troubleshoot minor technology issues, and deliver clear verbal instructions
- Collaborate with peers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ensure timely documentation and contribute to team workload distribution
What You Need
- 1+ year experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Ability to navigate multiple technology systems with accuracy
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
Preferred Experience
- Call management in high-volume phone environments
- Experience in Human Resources or interest in developing HR expertise
