About the Role:
The HRBP (internally known as Strategic People Business Partner) is a key role at Cityblock, partnering with leadership on all things People, providing strategic guidance and proactively addressing People needs in their assigned client groups. The HRBP will work with a combination of leaders in our corporate and clinical teams, and will be integral to the development and implementation of transformational programs across the People pipeline to shape Cityblock practices, programs, and policies that impact the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Champion and nurture Cityblock’s culture, values, and mission as we integrate and scale the Cityblock business portfolio
- Coach, counsel, and provide consultative solutions to Cityblock business leaders and employees
- Work collaboratively across the People team to review, recommend, and implement changes to processes to ensure optimization and compliance
- Support overall People initiatives and act as the liaison to guide your business partners through the People landscape
- Provide guidance and strategic direction on organizational design to ensure that Cityblock is building sustainable infrastructure to meet the organization’s goals
- Partner with the newly established Employee Relations COE. Act as point of contact for ER other employee concerns
- Leverage people analytics to anticipate opportunities and provide creative solutions to achieve the best outcomes; develop key metrics to measure employee engagement, performance, and retention
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring managers in validating job scope, posting details and compensation alignment
- Be a leader, strong communicator, and influencer, leading with unquestioned integrity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leadership; experience in a rapidly scaling environment preferred
- SHRM or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience across a variety of HR & compliance topics (performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, etc.)
- Proven ability to act as a partner to leaders at a variety of levels; ability to influence others, driving projects and initiatives to successful completion
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to understand the big picture and long-term goals, developing strategies that align with these objectives
- Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective changes
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$133,000 – $145,000
