Schedule
- Independent contractor role (U.S. or Canada)
- Flexible scheduling—you set your own hours
- Client lines are open 24/7 (weekday, weekend, and night availability)

- Not available in CA, NY, PA, or WA
What You’ll Do
- Assist guests with hotel reservations and booking confirmations
- Deliver first-class customer service with a friendly, professional tone
- Provide sales-forward support to encourage bookings at 4- and 5-star properties
- Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
What You Need
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Hospitality experience preferred (especially booking luxury properties)
- Tech-savvy and resourceful with solid computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Quiet, organized home workspace
- Windows 11 PC with broadband wired internet (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum)
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Smartphone or tablet for authentication app use
- Limited Mac support (Intel-based with Windows 11 via Boot Camp)
