Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST
  • Day shift only
  • Salary range: $15–$19 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and meet department service level goals.
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel primary care appointments using practice protocols.
  • Collect and enter patient demographics and insurance details accurately.
  • Use professional communication etiquette to create a safe, supportive environment.
  • De-escalate concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Navigate multiple software systems across dual monitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality while providing exceptional service.
  • Assist with other scheduling and administrative projects as needed.

What You Need

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 2 years of related experience in healthcare, OR 1 year in a healthcare call center, OR 3+ years of general call center experience.
  • Basic healthcare knowledge and familiarity with patient scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized applications.
  • Strong communication skills with accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM preferred.
  • Must live in the U.S. with reliable internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload).
