What we’re looking for
The Homeowner Experience Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the homeowner conversion projects. The goal for this role will be to support the Owner Experience team throughout any given integration project. This is a demanding role that requires both cross-team communication, strong organizational skills and an ability to balance multiple tasks. A successful team member will be a self-starter who is able to assist other Integration team members with whatever tasks are needed to successfully integrate units and homeowners into the Vacasa system.

What you will do
- Support Owner Experience team by performing tasks related to contract management, insurance verification and documentation updates.
- Assist integration team on unit inspection/creation, business continuity such as utility transfers, etc
- Assess VRM contracts with the ability to call out potential risks and inconsistencies
- Assist Owner Experience Specialists to educate homeowners about Vacasa services.
- Manage contract upload and owner portal access
- Track homeowner conversion on integration projections
- Upload data from homeowners
- Collaborate with team to develop the voice of the homeowner
- Handwritten thank you notes to homeowners
Skills you’ll need
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- We work on projects in various time zones. The need to work outside of 9-5 business does occur in our work.
- Excel ninja skills and the ability to manipulate data is a bonus!

Working conditions
Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NH, NM, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY
You’ll be working in your home office setting. We hold virtual training sessions and weekly team meeting. Occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations. Requires frequent, repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and the ability to build confidence with prospects.
Compensation
- $18 – $20/hour
