Advanis is a Market and Policy Research company that has been doing surveys since 1997 and we are looking for
telephone interviewers. We offer fully paid training and a set wage.
You need:
- a good command of the English language, written and oral skills
- excellent customer service skills
- a typing speed of 30 wpm
- a quiet, private workspace in your home
- a personal computer with high speed Internet service
- a landline or cellular phone number – if you wish to leave your phone landline available for people to call in
on, you will need to have a second (separate) phone line - a corded headset with a noise cancelling microphone is preferred however, earbuds with built-in microphone
are also accepted. No cordless phones or speaker phones.
Bilingualism (French, Spanish, Punjabi, Cantonese or other) is an asset, but not essential.
