This role is remote but you must be local to California
IT Service Desk role – looking for someone who has outstanding customer service experience!! Basic understanding of office applications, windows, learn quickly, metric driven, will be taking 40-50 calls a day. Handling provisioning access requests. Use ServiceNow for ticketing.
Requirements
Education/Certifications:
1-2 years of help desk experience in a fast paced environment
Bachelors Degree or tech school certificate preferred
