CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client, one of Pittsburgh’s most well known, and well respected organizations that puts employees first is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team!

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$19/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Help Desk Analyst will perform Tier 1 level support via phone for the organization’s internal and external teams nationwide. This Help Desk Analyst position is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to find their first career in the IT space. The hours for the role are 10:30am-7:30pm Thurs-Mon, weekends included.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HELP DESK ANALYST:
Work with individuals via phone to help troubleshoot issues to the best of your ability prior to escalating
Calmly handle inquires from internal and external teams
Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware using Windows, Mac, or iOS
Reset passwords via Active Directory
Escalate bigger issues to Tier 2 and above support as needed
Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HELP DESK ANALYST:
Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac and iOS; experience with Active Directory is a plus
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Ability to think quickly and efficiently
Ability to keep calm under pressure
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Previous retail experience technical experience is a plus
Previous Help Desk experience is a plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s degree with a technical focus is preferred
