Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- 12 weeks of paid mandatory training (100% attendance required)
- Call center hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 9 PM EST
- Saturday: 9 AM – 7:30 PM EST
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members with billing, quotes, benefits, claims, pharmacy questions, and more
- Provide exceptional customer service by following protocols and resolving concerns with care
- Document inquiries and update customer information in databases
- Actively listen to identify additional opportunities to support callers
- Follow up as needed to ensure full resolution
- Use contact center data to improve performance and meet quality metrics
- Adhere to shift schedules, security standards, and client-specific instructions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and navigate online resources
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods
- Must pass background check, drug screen, pre-employment testing, and internet speed test
- Authorized to work in the United States
