Our client, located in the state of Washington, is currently hiring Healthcare Engagement Specialists for a project based role. If you have a background in the healthcare field and are looking to gain more experience, this role would be a great opportunity! This role is remote, but candidates MUST be located in Washington State!
salary: $18.9 – $19 per hour

Responsibilities
- Make outbound welcome calls to new members
- Conduct outreach calls to new enrollees to initiate contractually required Initial Health Screenings
- Identify and overcome barriers in order for members to complete required screenings
- Review and analyze information and adjust approach as needed
- Document information in internal systems
