Schedule

  • Full-time, remote U.S. role
  • Training pay starts at $14/hr with an increase after transitioning to production
  • Weekly pay
  • Schedules fall between 8:00am–9:00pm ET, assigned based on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for member inquiries, benefits, and scheduling
  • Provide accurate information on health plan eligibility, coverage, and claims
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm healthcare appointments
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription renewals
  • Assist with billing inquiries, account updates, and documentation in EMR/CRM systems
  • Communicate with providers and internal teams via secure messaging, email, or phone
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year call center customer service handling high call volume
  • 1+ year healthcare or health insurance experience
  • Stable work history (minimum 1-year tenure per role)
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems with accuracy
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
  • Commitment to long-term employment

Preferred

  • Experience with appointment scheduling, benefits inquiries, or EMR/CRM systems
  • Familiarity with EPIC, Facets, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology
