Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Shifts assigned between 8:00am and 9:00pm ET

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to support healthcare members and patients
- Provide benefit and eligibility information
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription requests
- Assist with claims and billing questions
- Update member or patient records accurately
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect confidential information
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year call center customer service experience
- 1+ year healthcare or insurance experience
- Reliable work history with at least one-year tenure in recent roles
- Strong communication and system navigation skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Quiet, private remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet
- Commitment to long-term employment and career growth
Preferred
- Experience scheduling appointments or handling benefits questions
- Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems (EPIC, Facets a plus)
- Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
