Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Hiring in: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Alorica provides equipment (including webcam)
  • Must have wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with healthcare-related issues, questions, and service concerns
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Educate and upsell customers on new or enhanced services

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, courteous, and patient-focused
