- Full time, Work at Home (private residence required)
- Day shift
- Must live in one of these states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia
- Must use broadband internet (DSL or cable), wired connection required (minimum 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through questions, concerns, and challenges related to the product or service
- Listen for the real issue, then explain solutions clearly and confidently
- Document call details for auditing, reporting, and follow up
- Maintain and update customer records to keep information accurate
- Spot chances to introduce helpful new or enhanced services when it fits
- Provide recommendations that improve the customer’s overall experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Work from home setup in a private residence that matches the address on file
- Comfortable using company issued equipment (webcam may apply)
- Broadband internet via DSL or cable only (no satellite, dial up, or wireless/5G)
- Wired connection with proof of minimum speed requirements (10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up)
