What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat to answer healthcare-related inquiries
  • Assist with account issues, service requests, and payment processing
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns
  • Document all call details accurately for quality and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to enhance the customer experience

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 25+ words per minute and navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum; no VPNs, hotspots, or satellite)
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
