Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Pay: $15/hr
  • Hiring in: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Home internet required: DSL or Cable (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum, no satellite or wireless)
  • Equipment provided by Alorica

What You’ll Do

  • Handle healthcare-related customer concerns and questions
  • Document call details for audits and reporting
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Upsell existing customers on enhanced services when relevant

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Professional, patient, and customer-focused
