- $15.00/hour

- Monday–Friday, full-time schedules available
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to schedule preventative health screenings, assess high-risk patients, and arrange healthcare appointments
- Provide welcome calls and assist members with benefits and insurance information
- Conduct surveys and patient outreach with empathy and professionalism
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with patients and members
- Accurately document interactions and follow daily schedules to meet performance expectations
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (will be verified)
- Strong computer skills (data entry, navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience with compassion and professionalism
- Ability to adhere to schedules and maintain productivity
- Must provide two monitors (at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports)
