๐ฉ๐ฝโ๐ป The Role
Weโre hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our high-volume call center team. Youโll be the first line of support for patients navigating medical billing questions, setting up payment plans, and understanding their Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). Bring your empathy, attention to detail, and fast fingers.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients with billing inquiries
- Assist patients in understanding bills, EOBs, insurance payments, and options
- Set up payment plans as needed
- Accurately input data during and between calls
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
โ What Youโll Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience (required)
- 3+ years of call center experience (preferred)
- Medical billing/insurance knowledge (preferred)
- Strong data entry skills โ fast and accurate
- Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask across calls, systems, and documentation
