Schedule
- Full-time, remote work from home
- Mid-day schedule: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST
- Internet requirement: 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum
- Equipment requirement: 2 monitors (22-inch minimum) with HDMI and Display ports
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers
- Outreach to schedule preventative health screenings and other appointments
- Assess for high-risk needs or additional care appointment opportunities
- Make welcome calls and support members with benefits and insurance information
- Conduct outbound survey calls
- Help patients make informed choices that improve their healthcare experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (verified during background check)
- Strong computer skills (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication
- Ability to stick to daily schedules and expectations
- Demonstrated empathy, caring, and compassion
- Ability to provide required home equipment (2 x 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports)
- Ability to meet required internet speed (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
