Schedule
- Remote, work-from-home role (U.S.-based)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday shifts, 8-hour blocks between:
- 8:00 am – 8:00 pm ET
- 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CT
- 6:00 am – 6:00 pm MT
- $19.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses
- Paid classroom training, ongoing coaching, and twice-annual shift bidding based on performance
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service.
- Resolve and input provider/client requests into the tracking system following established guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries received through online customer service tools with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient data.
- Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support Call Center efficiency.
- Meet and exceed quality, productivity, and service-level standards.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
- Knowledge of medical or claims terminology a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and database software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and data entry skills.
- Must be able to work full-time with consistent attendance.
