Schedule
- Full-time, remote (work from home)
- Outbound calling role (enrollment and reauthorization)
- One-day travel required to New York City for a four-hour training (company-arranged and covered; must be able to fly)
- Assessments may be required during the hiring process (must be completed independently)

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to enroll members into a food box program or reauthorize them into the program
- Help members make decisions that improve their healthcare experience
- Support a nutrition-focused, medically designed program aimed at helping members manage chronic illness
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and professionalism while following daily schedules and call expectations
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills and phone communication
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated empathy, caring, and compassion
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and assigned duties
- Ability to provide two monitors (at least 22-inch) with HDMI and Display ports
- Ability to travel to New York City for one day for training (must be able to travel by air)
