Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% Remote (U.S. only)
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Make and receive calls to help patients resolve outstanding medical account balances
- Assist patients in identifying payment solutions or negotiating arrangements based on healthcare provider guidelines
- Document all interactions across multiple systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Work independently in a high-volume, virtual call center setting to meet daily and monthly collection goals
- Stay current on FDCPA compliance and healthcare collections best practices
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 6+ months of customer service experience (collections experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and maintain attention to detail
- Type 30–40 words per minute and work efficiently in a remote team environment
