Schedule & Compensation

  • Remote, U.S.-based
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET
  • Pay range: $35,000 – $50,000 per year (based on location, skills, and experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to resolve member and provider inquiries.
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
  • Research claims, verify insurance, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
  • Meet performance goals for call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or healthcare certification preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
