Schedule
- Seasonal, full-time role (October–December 2025)
- Remote within the United States
- Hourly rate: $17.71 per hour (with 10% differential for shifts starting after 1:00 pm local time)
- Available shifts:
- 11:00 am – 7:30 pm EST
- 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST
- 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm EST
- 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm EST
- 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm EST
- 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm EST
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and emails, providing clear explanations of benefits, costs, and provider options.
- Guide members through open enrollment decisions, life changes, and coverage updates.
- Resolve benefit-related issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Place outbound calls and follow up on outstanding concerns.
- Stay current on commercial plans, Medicare coordination, and group health structures.
What You Need
- At least 1 year of customer service or benefits experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries.
- Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems for documentation.
- Eager to learn and grow in healthcare and benefits administration.
