Schedule
- Full-time, regular position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 100% remote (equipment provided)
What You’ll Do
- Process release of information (ROI) and medical record requests accurately and efficiently
- Protect patient privacy by complying with HIPAA and authorization requirements
- Manage patient records, assemble charts, and digitize documentation for electronic health records
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, and assist with walk-ins when needed
- Support administrative duties such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry
- Meet productivity expectations in a high-volume environment
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and clerical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
Bonus Points For
- Experience in a healthcare or medical office environment
- Prior production or metric-based work experience
- In-person customer service background
- Experience building client relationships and contributing process improvements
