Grow your career as a Group Service Specialist within ALG Vacations , one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will focus on providing superior customer service from the time a group contract is signed until the group completes travel. The role requires each team member to own cases and ensure each group is on track in terms of changes, bookings, payments and final accounting.
.A successful Group Service Specialist will:
Strive to grow repeat business by building customer rapport and providing outstanding service
Own & close cases and tasks and consistently meet KPI expectations
Work phone queue and ensure service calls and follow-up is handled timely
Collaborate with other service team members and team leaders to meet team expectations
Provide suggestions for process improvements
Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by leader
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of customer service experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools – Excel, Word, TEAMS & PowerPoint
Experience utilizing CRM tools to help manage business
Ability to work with team members in both an office & work at home environment
Maintain focus & energy in fast-paced group environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication
