Two Chicks With A Side Hustle

If you can design fast, stay on-brand, and keep a publishing schedule moving without chaos, Wing is looking for you. This role leans “designer + content ops + light marketing support,” not just pretty pictures.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid organization and time management
  • Strong fundamentals: layout, typography, print + web design, visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Sketch plus similar design software
  • A strong portfolio showing range across print and digital work

Benefits

  • Performance incentives
  • Paid training
  • Job security and stability

  • Entry level (1–3 years): up to $4,900/month
  • Intermediate (3–5 years): up to $6,700/month
  • Expert (5+ years): up to $8,300/month

Quick reality check: they’re clearly expecting someone who can do design plus coordination plus a bit of campaign support. If your portfolio screams “art-only” with no marketing assets (emails, ads, social series, motion snippets), tighten that up before you apply.

Happy Hunting,
