Responsibilities
- Design graphics for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Upload and manage publishing schedules for visual content
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and design best practices
- Develop content calendars and propose engagement strategies
- Collaborate with writers to create illustrations and cohesive brand assets
- Test graphics across formats and platforms
- Proofread visual materials for layout accuracy
- Execute visual concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
- Track and support marketing campaign timelines
- Create video and motion graphics
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Perform additional ad hoc design assignments
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of graphic design experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital and print design
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent phone, email, and messaging communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Skilled in layout, typography, and visual design
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and similar tools
- Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work (print and digital)
Technical Requirements
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Primary internet: at least 25 Mbps (wired)
- Backup internet: at least 10 Mbps

Salary:
- Entry Level (1–3 years): up to $4,900 per month
- Intermediate (3–5 years): up to $6,700 per month
- Expert Level (5+ years): up to $8,300 per month
