Responsibilities
- Design and customize creative assets across multiple mediums, including:
- Direct mail, flyers, newsprint
- Digital merchandising, CRM emails, AEM assets
- POP materials, outdoor signage, and pitch decks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery
- Manage resizing of established designs across formats and client needs
- Execute designs using Adobe Creative Suite and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Fill in for Senior Designer when needed: proofing, managing workflows, etc.
- Use Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager for task management and delivery
- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly creative syncs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in agency or brand-side creative role
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Understanding of digital and print production specs and best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Knowledge of digital asset creation, email design, and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with automotive marketing and manufacturer brand standards (preferred)
