Important Application Note:
After applying, applicants are asked to complete one unpaid test call as part of the application process. The test call helps us review their ability to follow instructions, complete a realistic phone mystery shop, and submit a clear evaluation. Most submitted test calls are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
