Schedule
- Remote role (US-based applicants only)
- 20–40 hours per week, aligned with US business hours
- Paid training provided
What You’ll Do
- Store and organize documents and files for easy access
- Perform data entry, prepare reports, transcribe audio, and organize research notes
- Manage CRM systems for sales and marketing campaigns
- Create and send invoices, track payments, and record company expenses
- Conduct product research, purchase goods, and secure samples
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prevent conflicts
- Handle email correspondence, organize inboxes, and follow up on important messages
- Prepare itineraries, book travel, and assist with scheduling calls
- Support internal communications and project monitoring
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
What You Need
- 6 months–1 year of Virtual Assistant experience
- High school diploma (Senior High School completion required)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office, online calendars, VoIP, and cloud tools
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained
- Required equipment: noise-canceling headset, webcam, computer (1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM), and internet speeds of 25 Mbps (primary) and 10 Mbps (backup)
