What You’ll Do

  • Initiate bulk letter mailings and process Payee Information Forms
  • Conduct customer outreach to obtain or verify information
  • Update and maintain customer records accurately
  • Handle returned mail and support the customer locator system
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous administrative/clerical experience
