What You’ll Do
- Initiate bulk letter mailings and process Payee Information Forms
- Conduct customer outreach to obtain or verify information
- Update and maintain customer records accurately
- Handle returned mail and support the customer locator system
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
