This is a remote, independent contractor role that provides customer support through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Overview
Working Solutions travel program supports a global travel, hospitality, and leisure management group. Independent contractors participating in this program will provide attentive and personalized customer support to assist customers who are experiencing changes to their travel plans while they are traveling. Strong working knowledge of GDS software (Native Sabre, Worldspan, and/or Amadeus) is essential to this role.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule opportunities
Schedule available time Monday through Sunday between 5 am and 9 pm CST. This program may expand to 24×7 hours of operation.

Compensation:

Earn up to $21.60 per productive hour worked (paid by the productive minute, up to 60 minutes per hour for the maximum rate)
Contract rates are $0.31 per productive minute Monday-Friday and $0.36 per productive minute Saturday and Sunday.

Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of GDS software REQUIRED (Native Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus)
Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer care
Friendly, compassionate tone and professional demeanor
Experience providing accurate domestic and international routing and pricing (and re-routing and re-pricing) information to facilitate customer decisions on itinerary changes and ticketing options.
Experience modifying travel reservations including but not limited to hotel reservations, airfare, transportation, and excursions. Contractors will need to know the ins and outs of the resorts/parks/services offered to connect all of the pieces for the customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong math skills to recalculate rates while staying engages with customers
Attention to detail
Self-motivated and resourceful
Tech-savvy and avid computer user
Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements:

A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM (no tablet)
A USB headset with microphone
Wired high-speed internet (minimum of 10 Mbps download)
Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
Processor requirements: Intel Core i3*, i5, i7, i9 or AMD A10, AMD A12, AMD Ryzen 5, Ryzen 7 and AMD Threadripper. No other processor types may be used on this program. *i3 is approved at this time but i5 and above are preferred to ensure consistent call quality.
Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
Dual monitors are preferred
Contractors must have a smart phone and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work
