- Pay range: $18.00–$19.00/hr

- Office-style remote work with significant time sitting, typing, and phone communication
What You’ll Do
- Enter received financing documents into the operating system for processing
- Review loan/financing documents for accuracy and compliance with company policy and applicable regulations
- Monitor the e-signature queue, resend links, and troubleshoot issues with dealers
- Document notes correctly in all required fields per process and procedure
- Review processing statuses so dealer calls are handled accurately, and advise on missing items or issues
- Answer program and funding questions and train dealers via phone and email
- Support internal departments with document or funding-related questions
- Handle deadlines, take direction, adapt to changes, and complete other assigned duties
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (completed or in progress)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret procedures and documentation, and write routine reports/correspondence
- Clear communication skills, including speaking with customers and internal teams professionally
