Our client is looking for a talented Senior Management Company Accountant to join their dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Maintain the general ledger and perform bank reconciliations
- Oversee various web-based accounting platforms
- Prepare 1099s and support federal, state, and local tax compliance
- Handle ad hoc requests from clients
Requirements
- MUST LIVE IN THE BAY AREA – no exceptions
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong multitasking ability
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
