Schedule

  • Full-time seasonal role, estimated 6–12 weeks
  • Monday–Friday required, with some evenings, holidays, and potential overtime during peak season
  • Remote work with hours set by the Customer Care Leadership Team

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all customer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while upholding brand values
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Suggest improvements to processes and documentation
  • Train and support team members as needed
  • Communicate proactively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • Represent Kendra Scott with “WOW” service in every interaction

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of retail and/or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized with excellent follow-through
  • Fast learner with multiple systems and platforms
  • Positive attitude and strong team player
  • Process-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
  • Availability for weekday, evening, and holiday shifts, with potential overtime during peak periods

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $17.50–$18.50 (based on location and experience)
