Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (approved U.S. locations)
  • Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
  • Complete and process orders through various vendor platforms
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper workflows
  • Support ongoing account maintenance tasks
  • Manage customer service escalations when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong adaptability with technology, able to learn new platforms quickly
  • Experience with data entry in healthcare is a plus
  • Passion for problem-solving and helping others
  • Must be 18 years or older
