Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (approved U.S. locations)
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
- Complete and process orders through various vendor platforms
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper workflows
- Support ongoing account maintenance tasks
- Manage customer service escalations when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong adaptability with technology, able to learn new platforms quickly
- Experience with data entry in healthcare is a plus
- Passion for problem-solving and helping others
- Must be 18 years or older
