- Must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
What You’ll Do
- Manage routine fraud and dispute cases, following established processes and regulations
- Conduct research using third-party data to perform risk assessments
- Review supporting documentation from customers and merchants
- Communicate with customers and merchants by phone and email to gather dispute details
- Ensure swift, accurate resolutions that protect both customers and the company
- Document all case activity in the CRM system
- Proactively address challenges to drive cases to completion
What You Need
- 1+ year of professional experience in fraud/disputes or related fields (claims, research, loan processing, loss prevention, or back-office operations)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify data patterns and make sound judgments
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
- Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Adaptable, curious, and open to feedback and continuous learning
Preferred
- 1+ year direct experience in fraud or disputes roles
