- Shift differential: $1.50/hour for Monday–Friday hours worked between 6:00PM–6:00AM
- Weekend differential: $1.00/hour for Saturdays and Sundays
- Paid training provided
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls (and potentially chats/emails) related to account inquiries, transactions, and fraud concerns
- Identify and respond to potential fraud using training, account data, and internal tools, escalating complex cases when needed
- Process fraud claims and disputes according to client guidelines
- Explain issues and resolutions clearly while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach
- Conduct investigations accurately and document actions and conversations in the case management system
- Support team operations with additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Proficient in English
- Ability to complete background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
- Verified, secure, reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace (desk/chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Internet speed test: minimum 50 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
