Schedule
- Remote, full-time position

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound collection calls and accept inbound calls regarding past-due accounts
- Secure payments while maintaining professionalism and compliance
- Negotiate payment solutions with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality
- Manage multiple accounts while problem-solving effectively
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of collections experience required
- 5 years prior call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and exchange accurate information over the phone
