What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute virtual events (Teams, Zoom) and in-person programs, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement
- Manage vendors, create run-of-show documents, and coordinate timelines and logistics
- Serve as the main contact for speakers and stakeholders, handling communications, scheduling, and promotional materials
- Support interactive elements like breakout sessions, networking, and live Q&A
- Monitor live sessions, respond to participant inquiries, and manage post-event materials
- Track budgets, process invoices, and ensure compliance with brand and accessibility standards
- Integrate AI tools (Copilot, Loop, Viva) to streamline planning, content, and analysis
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders on event outcomes and opportunities
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in event strategy, production, or program support
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual event platforms (Teams, Zoom)
- Experience managing both virtual and in-person events with strong stakeholder communication
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable exploring AI tools and automation to improve operations
- Excellent presentation and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel and support on-site events when required
Benefits & Pay
- Salary range: $85,000–$95,000, based on skills and experience
