  • Source and manage vendor relationships for catering, gifting, A/V, décor, and more
  • Track timelines and deliverables across multiple events simultaneously

  • Support creation of promotional materials: decks, agendas, signage, swag
  • Help maintain a consistent, thoughtful brand voice across touchpoints

Project Support & Operations

  • Build and maintain event templates, checklists, and processes for repeatability
  • Handle budget tracking, receipts, and vendor contracts
  • Capture event insights and support post-event debriefs and improvement loops

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Creative thinker who can make experiences feel memorable and human-centered
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Asana (or similar)
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with a distributed team
  • Bonus: Experience supporting both internal culture-building programs and customer-facing events

What You’ll Gain

  • Mentorship and growth opportunities in event production and experiential marketing
  • The chance to shape how Higharc shows up internally and externally during a pivotal stage of growth
  • A collaborative, high-trust team that values curiosity, creativity, and care
