Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Optional: work full or part-time from the Manhattan office
- Up to 5% travel to events nationwide
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting event partners
- Drive EventBeacon implementation and engagement with event operators and college coaches
- Troubleshoot customer issues using technical knowledge and creative problem-solving
- Handle email and phone inquiries and route issues to the right internal teams
- Help develop efficient, scalable support processes for EventBeacon
- Brainstorm and execute strategies to grow the EventBeacon brand
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Customer Success, and Product to turn feedback into improvements
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product and process updates
What You Need
- 0–2 years of related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to educate users and drive product adoption
- Analytical mindset with a focus on sustainable solutions
- Process-oriented, fast learner, comfortable working with software tools
- Interest in evolving the role and building new processes
- Willingness to travel occasionally (about 5%)
