Your Responsibilities

Cross-sells credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union.
Able to work efficiently and effectively within multiple channels of inquiries
Plays an important role within CU lending. Utilizes CU lending guidelines and weighs CU risk when making lending decisions.
Works in conjunction with other business partners (Underwriting, Consumer Lending and Loan Servicing) to ensure we adhere to all established Federal regulatory guidelines
Advises and assists members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts.
Adheres to the philosophy and mission of the credit union in actions and communications.
What we’re looking for

Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
High school graduate or GED
Basic computer operating skills. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Training is 8 Weeks Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Specific criteria must be met in order to work from home-Minimal Tech Requirements: Internet Download Speed 50 Megabytes and Upload Speed 10 Megabytes, a fiber, cable, or high-speed DSL internet service is required for your internet connection. Please note, dial up, satellite and fixed wireless internet service providers are not adequate to support work from home use.
