Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to customers and help resolve issues clearly and professionally
- Follow up on client cases to ensure customers receive the support they need
- Document and track case details with accuracy and consistency
- Communicate with customers in a helpful, patient, service-first way
- Maintain productivity and quality while working independently from home
What You Need
- A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 11
- USB headset and webcam
- At least one 15” (or larger) monitor
- Internet speed minimum: 2 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet preferred)
- Ability to type 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
