What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support to customers and follow up on open cases

What You Need
- Windows 11 computer (authentic/validated/native copy)
- USB headset and webcam
- At least one 15” or larger monitor
- Internet speed: at least 2 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload (Ethernet preferred)
- 40 WPM typing speed with 80% accuracy
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a quiet, distraction-free space
- Must live in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, ID, KS, MS, MT, NV, NM (excluding Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI
