Schedule

  • Remote
  • Full-time or part-time
  • Shifts: day, evening, night
  • Weekend availability expected
  • PTO accrues starting day one (usable after 90 days)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support to customers and follow up on open cases
  • Document and manage cases with attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while troubleshooting issues
  • Meet typing and accuracy expectations while handling support tasks

What You Need

  • Windows 11 computer (authentic/validated/native copy)
  • USB headset and webcam
  • At least one 15” or larger monitor
  • Internet speed: at least 2 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload (Ethernet preferred)
  • 40 WPM typing speed with 80% accuracy
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a quiet, distraction-free space
  • Must live in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, ID, KS, MS, MT, NV, NM (excluding Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI
