What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support while delivering strong customer service
- Follow up on client cases to ensure customers get timely help
- Track issues, document updates clearly, and close loops with customers
- Work in a fast-paced support environment while staying accurate and consistent
- Communicate clearly while troubleshooting and guiding users step by step
What You Need
- Ability to type 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods and doing repetitive computer-based work
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Equipment requirements:
- Computer with a genuine copy of Windows 11
- USB headset and webcam
- At least one monitor 15” or larger
- Internet speed minimum: 2 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload (Ethernet preferred)
- Must live in an eligible state:
