Support clients through the enrollment process at Century Consulting Services. Provide clear communication, ensure accuracy, and help clients access the tools they need for financial stability.
Position Highlights
• $21.00 per hour
• Full-time, remote (any U.S. location)
• Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm EST

What You’ll Own
• Review and validate enrollment applications
• Assist clients with the online portal and troubleshoot access issues
• Gather documentation and coordinate with internal teams
• Conduct outbound welcome calls
• Maintain accurate enrollment records
• Resolve discrepancies in applications
Must-Have Traits
• Minimum 1 year phone-based customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen and resolve concerns
• Attention to detail and reliable work ethic
• Team player with willingness to contribute
• Spanish speaking preferred, not required
