Responsibilities
- Review and validate enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness
- Assist clients with online portal navigation, troubleshooting, and access issues
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to review vital client information
- Provide ongoing phone and email support for client inquiries
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and send documentation
- Maintain accurate, organized enrollment records and correspondence
- Identify and resolve enrollment-related issues or discrepancies
Requirements
- At least 1 year of phone-based customer service experience (required)
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with empathy toward client concerns
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and proper email etiquette
- Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Spanish fluency highly preferred but not required
