This role is for the detail-heads who like systems, checklists, and closing the loop. You’ll keep claims and payments flowing by getting EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments done right, then hunting down denials until they’re resolved.

This contract role sits on the Billing Team and focuses on enrollment work that keeps claims and payments moving smoothly. You’ll partner across teams and communicate directly with customers while keeping enrollment records clean and accurate.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit applications to configure EDI claims and ERA through clearinghouse and payer portals
- Prepare and submit applications to configure EFT with payers
- Investigate provider enrollment denials and errors by initiating follow ups with payers
- Review payer correspondence and take the right action to move enrollments toward resolution
- Serve as a liaison between the RCM department and Strategy & Operations to discuss, investigate, and resolve enrollment tasks
- Communicate with customers using clear, professional written and verbal updates
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date enrollment records inside the Candid Health product
- Meet and maintain production and quality KPIs/metrics
- Maintain working knowledge of department workflows, systems, and tools
- Follow HIPAA guidelines in all work
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management (medical billing or healthcare/healthtech)
- Experience with EDI enrollment (Change Healthcare experience is a plus)
- Investigative mindset with comfort tracking down issues and recommending next steps using data
- Self-starter approach with strong follow-through
- Strong quality standards with good judgment on speed vs precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Positive, cooperative approach when working with teammates at all levels
